HOW DO I GET TO UNION STAGE? WHERE DO I PARK?

SHOULD I BUY A TICKET IN ADVANCE?

We recommend buying tickets in advance for any shows that you plan to attend. While not all shows sell out, many do, and we are unable to guarantee that tickets will be available at the door.

DO YOU HAVE A BOX OFFICE?

We do! Its located at the bar on the ground floor, open every night we have a show at 5:00 PM. You can buy tickets without fees. Nice!

ARE THERE ANY AGE RESTRICTIONS AT UNION STAGE?

Nope. Union Stage is an all-ages venue all the time; however, as we do sell alcohol, please bring photo identification to any show that you plan to attend.

HOW CAN I GET UPDATES REGARDING UNION STAGE SHOWS?

IS THERE A DRESS CODE AT UNION STAGE?

Beyond “being dressed,” nope.

IS THE BUILDING HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE?

Yes it is. We are wheelchair accessible. If you have other special needs or arrangements, please do not hesitate to call us in advance of the show, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES?

There are no refunds or exchanges for tickets unless a show is canceled. If a show is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket for the original date is good for the new show. Hang on to your tickets. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, email luke@unionstage.com and we can facilitate a refund or exchange. You have seven days from the postponement announcement to reach out and receive a refund or exchange.
